CoreMedia Acquires BySide and Smarkio

Now offering a suite of tools for crafting and optimizing digital experiences

Content Management and Digital Experience Platform leader CoreMedia has acquired customer journey, engagement, and personalization tool BySide and marketing automation and chatbot technology provider Smarkio. With these two acquisitions, CoreMedia will be able to create and optimize digital experiences and expand its competencies in automation and Artificial Intelligence.
